Thanks for the new stuff you have uncovered in your writing. One thing I want to touch upon is that FSBO connections are built with time. By launching yourself to the owners the first saturday their FSBO is actually announced, ahead of masses start calling on Friday, you build a good connection. By giving them equipment, educational resources, free reports, and forms, you become a good ally. Through a personal interest in them along with their problem, you create a solid link that, oftentimes, pays off once the owners opt with a realtor they know and also trust – preferably you actually.
